Some years ago when the more largest corporations nationwide growth passing from national entities to global entities. All due to the progress and improvements in transportation efficiency on large distances, lowered dramatically their costs and facilitated do business anywhere. Moreover, the currency changes and salary and others differences between each region of the planet do the rest to make sense the delocalitzation of work.

Thus it was possible for example to sell and buy cheap cloth or food on the First world manufactured or cultivated on Third wold. And without considering labor exploitation, bad conditions, and other serious injustices, in a certain way almost all win, the first world enjoy all benefits of having all cheaper and easy while big international companies earn a lot of money while in the third world only is a via income to survive. Like it or not.

Now with the recent years the changes happened on the innovation field make think that we are in front a new era, an age where robots, AI, and the technology, in general, will be in any corner and in each space of our lives, and in consequence it will change all the scenario again. One example of this is that now in China big factories are starting to replace already human labor by machines and when this trend spread to other places there will not be differences between to manufacture here or there, because it will be efficient in costs and times and then all have less phisically work to do and we need transition to a World more easy with less need to work.

Perhaps some day even it’s not necessary to any people to work to live because the technology and the progress has to do possible live in a good way to everyone without the need to do nothing to it happens. But when this moment becomes real, humanity will face a new challenges as..

For what reason or by wich incentive, for example, you should strive to study? If you don’t need to build a career, or to prepare himself to find a job in the future, or how a person spend his time of better way, only dedicated to leisure? And finally, how to manage his expectations in this strange scenario.

And the most disturbing point of this approach is than maybe all this is not so far as we can think now, to begin to ask ourselves these questions.

And you.. what do you think about this?
